2. Contact form
When you submit the form, I process your name, email address, optional company name and the content of your message. I use this information only to assess and respond to your enquiry, continue the conversation and take any steps you request before entering into a contract.
Legal basis
Processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, for general professional enquiries, on the legitimate interest in responding to communications received.
Retention
If no engagement follows, I retain enquiry data for no longer than 12 months after our last communication, unless a longer period is necessary to establish or defend legal claims. If a business relationship begins, relevant data is retained for the periods required by law.
The contact form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a newsletter or advertising list.
3. Service providers and recipients
To operate the website and handle enquiries, information may be processed to the extent necessary by hosting and infrastructure providers, email service providers and Formspree, which securely delivers contact-form submissions. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts; when they are requested, the visitor’s browser sends ordinary technical information, such as an IP address, to the provider.
Formspree may also record technical information such as an IP address, browser type, access time or referring page, primarily for security and spam prevention. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where this occurs, appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR are used.
4. Website analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregated information about traffic and technical performance, such as page views, visited pages, country and referral source.
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage to collect metrics and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in understanding how the website performs and improving its content and technical quality.
5. Cookies
This website does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. A cookie-consent banner is therefore not displayed. If the use of cookies changes in the future, this notice and the method of obtaining consent will be updated.
Links to external services, such as LinkedIn, lead to separate websites governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to:
- request access to and correction of your personal data,
- request deletion or restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- receive your data in a portable format where the legal conditions apply,
- lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

7. Automated decision-making
Personal data collected through this website is not used for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
